Are all three jumps on the same timer? Or they seperate? And does accuracy + items, as well as dex, affect jump hit rate?

The last poster had it pretty much right, just got the names a bit mixed up.
Jump Lv: 10 Recast: 90 seconds =Regular Jump attack.
High Jump Lv: 30 Recast: 3 Minutes = Higher Jump attack.
Super Jump Lv: 50 Recast: 5 Minutes = Jumps out of targeted
enemy's percept
Dex has an effect on jumping accuracy, like any other melee attack. As for accuracy items, jump is kinda range, kinda melee, so im not sure which would effect it

Dragoons DO shed some hate with Super Jump ((High Jump, not to sure about)) so thats a possiblity. Other than that, I have no clue. Maybe it's like when I use Thunder on a enemy and it does 50 and 10 seconds later use Thunder again and it does 70+. It could be all random in a set damage range.
Like this:
Jump Dmg range @ level ## = 50~100
High Jump dmg range @ same level = 80~120
But Im not sure so dont quote me, hehe.
