Dragoon ~~ So Close, Yet So Far Far Away!

Hey guys! When I first heard about dragoons in ffxi, i was stoked ( to say the least ). And then i heard you have to level to level 30. So then I thought, oh well thats no big deal - only a couple of weeks. Boy was I wrong! I have been playing for about a week and i'm a lvl 11 elvaan redmage on Quetzalcoatl. The time it takes to gain a level is DRASTICALLY increasing each lvl. So now, its torture! I have always wanted to play the dragoon, but it will take probably 2 months to get to lvl 30 :mad:

So..... how do these people i hear about get their guy to lvl 30 in 2 weeks do it?:confused: I would really love to know how!

groups

get good ones
lvls 13 - 20 = 1 lvl an hour
20 - 25 = 2hours each tops
25 - 30 = 2.5 - 3 hourps each tops most of it running around tho

Things will speed up after 20. Like the above poster said, its all about good grouping.

Go to the valk dunes and group... You'll hit 20 in no time at all... A few nights tops.

Yep - since you can heal.. You'll probably be wanted in a group as a backup healer.. Group at the zone line on the San d'Oria/La Theine side for the best luck.
