Dragoon Exp Penalty?

in this thread is says beastmasters, summoners and dragoons get the 30% exp penalty is this true?

well i knew beastmasters got it, but not the other 2

No. I've partied with 4 dragons, and by myself, and without a dragoon at the same level as my dragoon. Then I have played in a pt with a beastmaster who had no pet, then a pet, and watched the exp go from 170 to 23. We definetely do not incur the exp penalty

Its true, Dragoons do not suffer an experience penalty for having the wyvern out, and they shouldn't.
