    Ok....

    Pros
Great Weapon Skill, and the ability to be involved in both most used renkeis, Kakunetsu and Wankyoku. Later on, sub SAM, charge to 300, do Daisharin to bust down defense, then penta flurry. Nice and dead on anything.

    JSE is nice looking

    Wyvern love.

Hate reset stuff is very nifty.

Best fighter behind Monk, outclasses DRK by miles.

    Cons
    Batman AF
    Accuracy issues
Not a required job for HNMs and the like, so kinda disregarded.
    Inability to wear heavy armour.
Lack of useful skills outside the Jumps. Dragon Killer and Ancient Circle...for the ONE dragon most people will fight in their gameplay life. Wonder how good it is on the HNM Dragons? I assume not very.

As a elvaan Dragoon/Warrior, I find myself missing about 50% on IT mobs in Crawler's Nest (at lvl 35). The mithra Thief in my group at the same level gains about 250% TP before I get even to 100%. I have at the moment just about the most dex I can get my hands on (Spiked Necklace, 2x Balance Rings, Centurion Helm + Gloves = +8 total) and yet still misses 50% of my hits and nearly every jump (I land jumps like 1 out of 5). I deeply regret not making a mithra Thief to level 1st instead of having a elvaan Warrior, so at least I can hit something. I'd rather see myself hit more often for slightly less damage, than to miss more for more damage, even if they all turn out to have the same damage over time. The misses I make are very frustrating and disappointing to me when I group because I'm always being waited on for joining the renkei's... I seriously hope that at higher levels or after I change my sub to SAM.

As a drg you should be able to heal and take care of your wyvern, so it doesn't make much sense letting it die.

Has anybody tried subbing whm and seeing if only the drg itself can heal its wyvern? Chains are important in a fight, and sitting between them slows down the fighting alot.
The thing is...you CAN heal the wyvern...don't make it seem impossible..you can heal your wyvern...or act like a warrior all the time and stand up. It's up to you...just like in my DRK, I can either stand for TP or sit for MP. If I need to sit, I'll use my TP that round, then rest..that way the WS gets rid of enemies quicker=less HP loss...aka less sitting time.

I'm leveling Drk to sub it for Drg.

I think I'll just disclude myself from WS chains, I'll chain with Cerulean just the way she likes it.

is it every 2dex = 1 accuracy? if so why not just use acc items -_-

I don't really miss too often, then again, I am Mithra, so..

I've even replaced by Spike Necklace with a Tiger Stole (+5 Attack) with little to no loss of hits (then again, the Spike is +3 DEX, which I guess is +1.5 Accuracy).

Other than that, I'm using 2 Amethyst rings and Battle Gloves.

Assuming you're not chaining goblins or other mobs that use *frequent* devastating AOE attacks, you can heal your wyvern little by little whenever you have downtime.

                    pros

                    high malee damage
and most of all...Jump>>>Legendary FF style

                    cons

really hard to get an invite when higher lv but after lv49 after get Pentra it will be easier to find PT...

high lv DRG are mostly /SAM coz DRG is low def they dont provoke they just do massive damage...JUMP>>>HIGH JUMP>>>SUPER JUMP and with /SAM they will gain TP quick and use pentra many times

                        Pro:
The dmg. I connect more than most DRKs and DRG of other races

                        Con:
Penta Thrust kinda has gotten me killed several times so far because the tanks couldn't pull it off of me. So it's one level of terror until you hit 50 and get Super Jump to erase hate

... and what's so wrong with purple armour :3 I have all intentions of looking as silly as possible in purple boots and orangey Brigadine
