Does all Dragoon Armor look the same?

I really like Dragoon but in every video and screenshot I seen every dragoon seems to have exactly the same armor. It looked good at first but quickly got borring. Is all the armor the same or are there actually different ones?

There are maybe 20 different types of armor you can wear as a Dragoon from 1-70.
