Ok, I plan to be a Dragoon sub Whm so this has a lot of weight on whether I gear for AF or JSE. I know the AF helm raises the req for heal breath from 25 to 50 (or something like that) so it's easier to heal with the wyvern.
My question is does the JSE helm do the same thing?
