DRK testimony

Could someone fill me in as to what a DRK testimony is? And what it's used for? Any level restrictions?

DRK Testimony is for fighting Maat for Genkai 5. Lets you level from 70 to 75. All jobs need this.

got my testimony from the doom soldiers today, and beat Maat my first time! ^^b
Also set a new record on Odin server for it.. at 6 mins 16 secs... not sure, but I heard the times get reset after server maintainence... but oh well... it was a fun fight.. a bit nervous, but after reading everyone's suggestion here, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would turn out..
