Directions to WSNM ><

Anyone can kinda tell me how to get to WSNM for Spiral Hell & Ground Strike? Just tried Spiral Hell...no maps, no idea where to go except the ??? is in J-13..

Haven't tried Ground Strike yet..maybe its easier.

I'll print out maps but some kinda directions would be great.
There was a japanese alliance doing scythe WSNM - while I was in the jungle, they passed by. I asked to join but they said were full...even though there as only 13, oh well..
