DRK/SAM or DRK/WAR

I'm really sorry but i don't get it...

some people say /SAM does hardcore damage but
some people say /WAR does more damage...

(are ppl saying that SAM does hardcore damage because of its TP gaining ability?)

I don't get it... i looked up most of the thread but they don't give me clear fact.

Could you tell me which deals more damage?

BONUS QUESTION: i'm a noob and if i choose my subjob as SAM... can i use great katana or other SAM only weapons?

A) You can only equip weapons of your main job
B) /Sam does crap damage.
C) /sam is *only* useful past lvl60 Drk, when you can obtain meditate.
D) Most consider the extra damage of /war, or the fuidama ability of /thf far better than the TP advantage of /sam

/sam > /war only when your PT renkei set up want you to spam Guillotine, its possible to do 2-3 renkei in one fight with a sam main job using that.

/war > /sam over all because not every PT has a sam main job or want you to spam Guillotine.

/sam is waste of time IMO but its fun if you ever get a PT to renkei with a sam.
