do you keep it in your inventory and use a switch macro when you bust out souleater? or do you just leave it with the mog?

I just wear it. It's useful enough to keep wearing it, plus the level 68 thick armor helm is just fscking ugly. You won't really miss that small acc bonus (44 rather than 46, oh boohoo. Use absorb dex), and +5 str is better than +3attack IMO. Not to mention the souleater+ and darkness magic+... I used to switch helms but it got too annoying.
