Demon Harness

Hello fellow drks.

This is my first post, so I'll try to not to make any mistakes~ m(_ _)m

Anyways.. I am currently a lvl 47 drk on Valefor. After reading Antawn's guide, I have started saving a little amount of of money to get some end-game equipments. So far have Vassago (bought for 30k, jeuno ah goin for 80K now! ^^) and a pair of sniper rings.

I was going to go for Hauberk + Thick (AF before that), but then I saw this lvl 70 drk only armor Demon Harness. My question is what are the names of the hand, legs and feet piece that accompany the Demon Harness, if they exist. And is the set > Hauberk + Thick. Lastly does anyone have a picture of how those armor looks? Harness currently go for 3 mil on my server, a tad more than Hauberk.

I know its really early to start worrying about these, but I always like to have a goal to work towards to ^^ So please help me out! Thank you~

what server are you on so you can get Vasaggo's and 2 sniper's rings that cheap? they are all close to 300k on my server...

demon harness looks really cool imo. but the stats on hauberk is just better.

if you can even afford a hauberk, grab it.

Sorry for not being more clear,

The Vassago is 30k when I bought it. And the Jeuno is 80k now, saves me 50k.

The sniper rings are 220k and 230k, total = 450k. about regular price I would say.

The server is Valefor.

The death scythe is going for 15k now, wonder if I should just buy it since I have some free gils floating around.

But does the Demon come in full set of armor?

I actually looked up the demon after seeing a Paladin wearing the lvl 70 PLD only armor = Lord's Armor or something.

It the design and shape IM armor, but in gold color. So I thought hey cool, maybe drks have something similar too (lvl 70 drk only). And I found the Demon Harness..

Anyone has a picture they can upload or a link they can post?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is Demon harness the purple Drk JSE? If not, then what is that called?

It's the JSE, and it's only armor, not a complete set. It looks like a harness(duh) except it's purple-ish. Looks ugly IMO. Plus, the hauberk is better :p

demon harness looks cool to me. then again, hardly anything looks bad on a mithra.

There is a Demon Helm, not just Demon Armor, I saw it for sale in San'Doria once.

And like the others, I'd love to see a pic of someone wearing all the Demon pieces there are.

Demon harness is the disgusting purple JSE. Oh yeah, and the stats suck. End story :dead:

JSE chests for melee generally suck. Dragon chest, Lord's Cuirass, etc, they're all for looks and nobility. When fighting, they still switch back to AF or their other stuff. Hauberk is actually a useful piece of EQ (^o^)

I saw a level 57 chest piece with +10 accuracy and other stuff, was selling for over 7 mil gil on the AH, would that be the best armor for a DRK? I can't remember stats on hauberk, but if it does not have accuracy, I would rather get this armor.

Sorry for being a bit vague, I'm leveling my Warrior at the moment and have not been in town for a while, heh.

That was probably Scorpion Harness. IMO the best armor for a DRK is Adaman Hauberk + Set

Adaman hauberk and other cursed eq items are, at the moment, ONLY for people who have absolutely no life and have nothing better to do than live in their parents basement for life and play video games. I certainly wouldn't be proud to have one of those... it's like worldwide proclamation that you have no life.
