drk/nin usefull?

a hume drk with nin as job wielding 2 1h sowrds(B).

i know b is not best. but how good will the damage be and how much will this combo evade enemie attacks?

Well it seems like most of the swords with good stats for DRK are 2H swords, so you wouldn't be able to equip two anyway. :sweat:

No offense, but I hate posts like the one above mine, it provided no useful info what-so-ever.

Anyways, here's some info that I got about being a DRK/NIN:

Well seeing as a ninja can also use a one handed/2handed weapon( the katana ) They can help the dark knight that by boosting his two hand skill somewhat . So that way he can be more damaging. ninja also get an agility boost to the drk that will help when it comes to attacks. BUt you wanna know about subbing this class to duel wield.


Seeing as how a drk has lower one handed skill than a ninja this can cause a little bit of problems.
One you get dual wield at level 10 . so if you wanna use as a sub you will need to get drk to 20 first then dual wielding is an option.

First lets understand this. When you dual wield there will be an attack speed penalty. It basicall uses the 2 weapons as one for purposes of damage.
I dotn knwo the exact formula but from experimenting it looks something like this.

Example only:
Two broad swords one level 15
attack power 22 spd 175
the other level 20 attack power 30 speed 190

add the attack power of both. 52 divide by 2 = 26 so you will have an avg attack power of 26.

Speed added = 365 divided by two = 182.5
That speed will be the penalty as its not as fast as 175 nor as slow as 190.


Lets look at a large scythe level 20
Attack power :41 speed 496
Slow as molases. based on averages , You are slower but hit hella harder. so compared to the two broad swords. They will hit faster but for less damage. while you hit slower but for more.
This woudl be great if not for one thing. People miss(alot)
A dark missing is bad but if a drk/nin misses oh well he'll hit again . But for less damage.

Thats why people luv and hate darks. when they hit we love em , when they miss we hate em.
A drk/war can gain an extra attack , But is fragile because as a taunter he cant take the hits.
As a drk ninja dual welding you arent the tank , as you will have less of everything.
