    With my SJ setup, all macro sets (except 1 which is my WAR set) have alt+1 dedicated to sending an echo command that states I'm going back to WAR and a /macro set 1 command. On my WAR set, Alt+1 is simply a bunch of /recast commands to tell me the status of my important JAs (voke, bergressor). It works well. I find myself randomly mashing alt+1 just to make sure I'm where I need to be.
