I would really like to know whether the rumors about the extra 10% damage is true or not.

Has anyone tried this out? I know some alla people said there's an extra 10% to element of spell when it correstonds to the obi, but I'd like some more reliable information.

10% for matching day.
10% for *each* weather icon
and they stack
so if you have thunder obi, casting thunder on lighting day with double lighting weather, you get 30% extra boost.
