    Priorities for a Tarutaru

    Yes ... I have plenty of ... alts. Sigh.

    Anyway, my tarutaru blm is at 24 and she needs help! At least, advice on priorities.

    Tarutaru are mp tanks. I mean, Galka are hp tanks, but tarutaru are twice that with mp >.> So, when mp becomes less of a concern, other than INT, what are the other areas I should focus on at level 24? Yes, I'm soloing worms on Qufim since ... I don't like partying in Yuhtunga/Yhoator >.>

    not many choices at 24 besides INT and MP. hMP+ maybe.

      Something like armor and equips that give you Refresh > hMP > INT > MP in that order. That's pretty much the same for all races across the board. INT is especially useful for any blm at lower level, doesn't matter if they are taru or elvaan.

        most importantly imo, hate control. You'll be fine with int and mp as taru. And with ginger cookie hmp is pretty easy to get.

        I PT in boyada a few nights ago. The taru blm use freeze to MB. And guess what, we had a ninja tank -.- 3 melee provoking can't even pull the hate off.

        What's worse, after she died she decided not to freeze again. But then she nuke like a mofo. cast the 2 ,2 ,2 , 2 and got hate, and instead of stopping she cure 3 cure 3 herself and more 2 2 2

        no question, she died. And left our PT saying F U U SUCKS.

        You would expect a 58Blm to know how to control hate eh?

          Oh. My. God. That's horrible Jei. Sorry to hear that you had to be partied with her.

          Oh Nana, from what NM is that? That is the very first I've heard about that, but then again, the last time I leveled either WHM or BLM was about ... early 2004. Since then, it's been mostly melee, melee and ... more melee. ;O That looks like a very hawt piece of mage property.

            i agree with jei on hate control. a good blm imo knows when to pour on the dmg and when to just hang back, help out on curing, status ailments and enfeebling.

            the last thing taru should worry about is mp. yea, you can have an ubsurd amount of mp if you go with all +mp items but i feel it be best if you work on int/skill and +hMP. if you have 50 more mp than some other blm but your resist rate is high, that 50mp just might as well not be there all together.

                  D: pretty new I think. S-E added a bunch of low level NMs dropping rare/ex stuff in every newbie zone. This maybe one of those. I ran into an NM fish in E ronfaure a few days ago, it didn't aggro and drop a +hhp weapon rare/ex
