neither is really better for every situation.

Say you have a nin being the tank, u may wanna use errant + AF3 for the -hate when u're about to throw in a big MB. If you have a pld who can hold hate well and you are figthing mobs with high magical resistance, you may wanna use black cloak for the +elemental skill.

The errant set isn't too expensive so u can just buy them and try it out.
