What is the mp regen rate of black cloak?

Is it like refresh at 3 mp / 3 seconds? or is it less?

Also, if you have the black cloak, can the spell refresh or a bard's ballad songs stack with the mp regen rate?

It is sort of unrelated, but I am making this post for a blm friend of mine, and he thinks it's better not to get the black cloak because, since you cannot equip headgear, you lose -7 enmity from AF and 5 or so enfeeble (or some skill).

Mainly, he thinks the -7 enmity is good. What do others think?

i mostly see people equipping the black cloak when resting, and then putting AF on while fighting

that'll be true for vermillion, not for black

you don't need the +10 enfeeb on your AF chestpiece...and black cloak gives +8 elemental.
