Concerning Staff WS Skills

I just read that the patch made BLM's better at staff. Well I have been lvling my staff for a while (Currently at lvl 137) And since the patch i was wondering what lvl (not skill lvl) it takes for a BLM to obtain the following WS's

Shell Crusher/Full Swing/Spirit Taker/Retribution

I know the last one has to be quested for but I would still like to know what lvl I have to be to obtain them. There is a very very nice skill capture chart someone made but it does not list BLM for staff. If anyone could tell me I would appreciate it.

alot of ws for blm is taken out.... which is gay.
