How to get a Moldavite earring?

I have seen a handful of high level black mages wearing a Moldavite earring. How does one acquire this ex/rare earring?

He's easy enough. Me (at lv58), lv60 whm, lv59 drk, and lv62 rdm took him on, with no drop >_<;

Honestly...if you're 55+, all you'll need is a tank. If your tank is a pally, you may want to bring a healer for backup, but if you have a ninja....he could probably solo it.

btw, my lv64 rdm friend has it. His tests have shown that he's gained 4-5% extra damage with this.

As black mages, I'd imagine we'd gain even me o.O
