Ice Spikes

[xaviorm]

Where? How?

No one seems to know where to get this spell. I don't want to pay big gil for this spell since it's supposed to be somewhat worthless but I want the spell none the less.

[DCutter]

I think they drop from sea horrors on the ship from selbina to mhurara (or however it is spelled)

[BALD TARU TARU]

they are found on Phantoms on board the ship, phantoms only spwan at night

[Discordian]

Its a rare drop too. I've gone on the boat when I'm going back and forth helping people. Killed it about 17 times while having thief sub. No Ice Spikes.
