Bio II - useful?

Hello all, my first post but I have a question.

I'm level 34 almost 35 and wondering about Bio II. Its 25k on server and my money is tight, Is it so useful its worth 25k?

I mainly just use the first bio to keep my dark skill maxed, so I'm wondering just how useful Bio II is especially since it costs 66 mp per cast compared to Bio I... 22 mp cost.

i think the general concensus is that the higher lvl bio spells are only a necessity on end game mobs that hit really, REALLY hard.

otherwise, they are generally viewed as an inefficient use of mp...stick to bio 1 if you want to lvl up your dark skill.

What's the mana cost? It would be nice if some high lv blms can give us an advice here
