Scroll of Blaze Spikes?

Is there a quest to get this scroll? I purchased the scroll at the AH for 5k, and I'd like to go win a new one so I can sell it. I'm in San D, please let me know if I can find the quest here!

Sorry man, but that particular quest is located in Windurst. I'm not 100% sure on the details, i just got it off the AH a month ago, but if you search these forums you'll find it.

Its is a reward item for doing the Star Onion Brigade Quest. It take u to do the 2 parts before u get the Blaze Spikes Scroll. To join the Star Onion Brigade u need to go behind the warehouse in Windrust Port and talk to one the kids on of the boxes. He give u quest for getting Rhab Tails that give u a justice medal. Good medal for mage user and has def to it. The second quest he give us that need to kill Goblins for 4 wild Onions. Trade them to the NPC that gave u the quest and then u get the Scroll of Blaze Spikes.. I dont think this quest is repeatable so u cant get more then one... So thats probally why its so expensive in the Auction Hall.

I have the scroll kinda nice it just makes u deal dmg back to the mob if u get under attack. But I dont draw aggro very often with a group of Warr. I just make sure that have the aggro and the mob is hating them before I start nuking away.

You're going to end up running all the Windurst quests anyway for fame (I'm just starting this in Bastok and Windurst). Might as well do it when the cash from a Blaze Spikes scroll would be helpful.
