i think JSE is player crafted and is higher level equipment then AF.
AF you have to quest for.

robe is only blackmage JSE, at lvl 72m thers another set of caster armor(errant armor) and at 73, demon helm.

I took a look at the stats of both BLM AF & Relic coats as well as the cursed Dalmatica and Errant/Mahatma Hoppaulates (or however you spell it) on Mysterytour and by far the Demon Cloak JSE is (IMO at least) the best BLM armor.

those are all almost unrealistic items to wish for
for a pretty successive dynamis run with 60+ people, even by beating that dynamis, there will be probably 1-2 piece of af2 drop, it will be likely not for your job, even if it is you have to compete with rolls...

also dynamis is where commnication is VERY important, this tme not between a party, an alliance. and entire 60+ people raid. there needs to be a main leader, then group leader, party leader hierchy system. with language barrier NA has with JP. it's pretty impossible (and more and more japanese realize not to take NA high level to dynamis because of this reason) for NA high level to accomplish dynamis now. need to wait for more english speaker to get high level for this to be even attemped by english speakers.
break communication in dynamis, 1 tiny mistake = 60 deaths

dark staff is also forgotten which really i think all mages should get mp healing is plus 10.

how in god's name could you say that the Ice Staff is crap? Did you miss the +10 elemental skill on it? Jesus christ man, that's making you cast like you were 2 levels higher already. Ice staff is like the best thing I've seen for a black mage to weild during battle. Dark Staff every mage should get and switch to before resting up. 4 million is a lot of gil though >_<;;
