Enfeeble Spells

I'm a Lv.9 Blm and I'm looking to build my enfeeble skill up. Can I build up my skill efficiently by casting poison, blind, etc. on weak monsters and just watch the points rack up, or do I need to be training on monsters closer to my level to see good results.

Weak mobs will work for a while, but you will need to fight decent/even to build the skill as you near your cap.

When you group, smack each mob with a blind at the beginning of the pull. You will cap enfeeble each level easily.
