Leveling guide

Can someone please post or give me a link to a leveling guide for the BLM, like what to fight and where to fight and stuff like that for leveling to like level 20, or even further if you want?, any tips on leveling would be great to know, or just some kind of guide to follow, also if you know a link to a website that might have one of these id greatly appreciate it, so anything on leveling, like tips and stuff would be great, im looking forward to getting help, thanks!
