If you plan to fight with your pets, any att/str food is fine. Most of them dont hurt CHR.

somepage.com has a full list of food effects. I say visit there for best advice.

So far, the best foods imo for BST are:

      1) Tuna Sushi (and HQ variants)
      +5 CHR
      +20 HP
      +15% ACC
      couple other bonuses

      2) Tav Taco/Salad
      HP +20
      MP +20
      Vitality +6
      Charisma +4
      Defense +25%
      couple other bonuses
      Tomatoes & Tomatopotato @ Pandemonium

I been using rolanberry pies (+50 mp and some other stuff) for exping, and flint caviar for BCNM and other things that need high CHR.

              Re: food for bst?

I'd recommend you take food depending on your race and equipment setup. Tarutaru naturally have high MP pools and CHR, so they can afford to dibble and dabble in other areas. Other races will need a strong combination food which offers MP+ and CHR+. Tav/Lem Taco/Salads are good, but quite pricey.

Also carry around (at lower levels and maybe right up until you acquire the Leave ability) pet foods. Most people have undervalued this gem. I find it most significant in areas with very little pets near the area you are exping in and can extend the life of the very good pets you want to have around for a while. Having to use less pets = more exp over time.

i agree 100% with that. being an elvaan i do not have the high mp needed for bst/whm. that extra +50mp has saved my butt many times. since i do have the strength as an elvaan i do not eat str food. i have tried but a couple times, but did not find it really to much of a difference. but the pies i can really tell. i can get off a couple cure II/cure/dia/par before i have to rest. less down time.
