High lv (70+) BSTs, what are your gear sets?

Give me a general example of your high-end equipment sets.
For example, would this be sufficient for 70+

Kabrakan's Axe / Balance Buckler
Full Thick Gear w/ Hauberk
+4STRs
Coral / Assault Earring
Amemit Mantle
Life Belt
Ryl Kgt Collar

Full AF with Light Staff for charming

Dark Staff for mp gain.

And what would be the ideal upgrades to this gear and what else to buy. Maybe Tabarzin or (*drool*) Juggernaut for Axe upgrade? Amemit+1 is decent but 795k for +5Attack +1STR is tough until you're loaded. Snipers?

Just wondering as I'm wondering what kind of gear BSTs look at for higher levels and I'm going by what I see other BSTs wearing.

I carry 3 sets of equipment on me - Charming clothes, attacking, and town.

Charm:
Either full AF/relic or partial. Partial = panzer mask and bison jacket because of the +CHR on those items whereas AF does not have it.

Others include:
2x +4 chr rings
2x melody earrings
Corsette +1
Star necklace
Light staff
Dark staff (for mp heal)

Attacking:
Wyvern helm or optical hat (but I refuse to pitch a tent on my head)
Ryl.Grd collar
2x snipers
Assault Earring
Coral earring
Bison wristbands or Thick mufflers
Byrnie
Life Belt
Amemet
Monster Gaiters or Thick sollets
Tabarzin
Acheron Shield
Suzaku's Scythe

Casual/Town clothes:

It....it matches my monster gaiters and bison pants. :sweat: Hate to admit, but I'm one of those players who goes for appearance over stats. :sweat:

But by all means, go for the hauberk/haubergeon if you care that much about stats. To me personally, I think BST should seriously load up on +acc and def gear mainly because the BST itself is basically a gimp WAR. Other BSTs might disagree with me on that...anyway, that was just my opinion.

Quite frankly, I'm satisfied with all the +acc items I have at my disposal - optical (+10 acc), ryl.grd collar (+4acc), 2 snipers (+10 acc), life belt (+10 acc), bison wristbands (+4 acc), thick solleret (+2 acc), and assault earring (+2 acc)...so overall, I have +42 acc. More than enough +acc for me in most cases so hauberk was just a toss up. Can either get or not..and in my case, I just liked the byrnie more.

That's as bst/whm or bst/war I guess. If I am bst/nin I'll use my kabrakan's as well, instead of the balance buckler. Never thought about using a Byrnie.. always seemed a bit out of my price range (as most of the best axes are also ;x )

NIN's still at 27 heh. It's good to have lots of CHR but it's not critical; light staves are godly and can make you as attractive as the olsen twins, er wait on that last comment. Being able to hold the loot dropped is just as important imho; the chr rings are still +3 because i'm a cheapass.
