BST VS Genkai's,avatar primes, & HNMs

This is a class I hardly ever touched but has sparked a huge interest. Not only am I getting fed up with the constant moronic parties I find myself getting into.. (note im usually always the 6th member to join (WHM), so i guess i blame myself for this). But now im also having time restrictions which further hinders my playing time. Finding a PT can be somewhat of a hassle even as whm at times but having to deal with the waiting and afk's. I just don't have time to deal with that anymore only having 2 hrs of game time a night.

So all in all as soon as my whm hits 30 im going to go the BST route. So I guess my question is as the title of my post describes it are:

1) Do BST usually have to deal with Genkai's (lvl cap quests) the same as any other jobs?

2) How hard is it to find groups to fight the summoner's avatar primes?

3) They even considered for HNM fights?

I think StarRelams said that BCNM40 with a full party of BSTs is a good and fast way to kill BCNM40 ... the rest I don't know.

Im pretty positive they have to do the level cap quests like everyone else, im not too familiar with them, but ive seen people say "Just get a bst to help you with the exo" in a couple posts which leads me to believe they can take em pretty easily.

There are a good handful of BST's 50-75 on my server so they're doing it someway, either solo or with LS help, wouldnt worry to much.

Not sure on summoner fights, however i dont think they would fit in an "ideal" summoner group, having a good LS helps here too.

Easiest way to do BCNM's is supposed to be a PT of 6 Bst's, have yet to try yet (only lvl 15) but i did see some bst's going into the ghlesa one the other night. However if you're not doing the 6 Bst way im not sure how welcome you would be in a normal BCNM group, maybe they would like having something charmed or maybe they prefer some better dmg.

ACtually BSTS are needed for the Worm BCNM even for Regular parties.

But i think the worms were changed, so that miight have effected the usefulness of BST for the worm BCNM.

But yea, i made a ton of Gil already, from BCNm ^_^ 5 bst 1 bard, 12 wins ^_^. Close or over 2 million gil gained (i only got to grab 400k of that though)

Genkai is for EVERYONE , no mater what job. Im not sure why we'd be more useful then any other class for genkais though, i mean, our pets can kill the Exorays, for instance in CNest, but one of the items is in a dungeon with no tameable pets, forgot which items, so we 'd be useless there (well, we can use sumons but gah).

I doubt we are even considered for HN fights, and for sumoner fights, from random people but dont you do these with your friends, and linkshell mates anyway, that will need all the help they can get???? So doesnt really mater, I have helped people with AF1 quests, quests items, bcnm's, and NM fights, and it didnt really have to do with my class, more had to do with my lvl, my experience and my friends, hehe.

I saw 6 BSTs a few days ago fighting Guivre(HNM) in Kuftal. They were throwing every crab, lizard & spider in the area at the dragon and seemed to be doing pretty well. I didn't stick around to see if they won though. Unfortunately, many HNM don't have these kind of creatures available to use against them so you'd be forced to use a ton of summoned funguar pets if you wanted to mimic this strategy.

I really don't know how effective the funguar zerg strategy is against most HNMs but I thought i'd throw the idea out there for you guys.

BST's can solo the easy NM's or the harder ones just depend on timing and luck if you solo a strong NM and fail charming a new pet once your dies your a dead taru. =D it's 2PT bst is best if you want to make things faster get other bsts but if you want all the monies yourself go for 2 =P
