level to fight hoo mjuu?

Just wondering what level you guys think is good to fight hoo mjuu at. I'm going to lvl a war up to 5 for provoke, and then go brd/war to provoke/fight him. What level do you think I can solo him and not die(if i ever claim him ^^)?

33 is safe, and just sub bstlv1 for charm

Charm got nerfed months ago so it's really not noticably faster like it use to be. Honestly i'd stick with provoke cause the range on it is slightly longer. But if it's right infront of you i guess charm would be nice.
