Someone who doesn't know where to look for info, or simply wants specific suggestions, is not a troll. Possibly in need of education about information sites (I suggest Mystery Tour and Allakhazam).
Someone who makes a big fuss over that (for no reason really), then goes to great length to try to label the first person as a troll (again, for no reason), well ... draw your own conclusion.
My advice to both of you is just to drop the subject.
