Where can I get this instrument? I know its from the "The sweethearts of dusk" quest, but how to do this quest?

The only description of this quest I found on Mysterytour and this descroption is totally not understendable to me...

"Illness which results in death" can be received after a clearance. I want the place surrounded by the hinterland of The Sanctuary of ZiTah, clear water, and Thurs. by which a clean white flower blooms to bury the score of the "Liberty song" which made it complete at the time of dusk."

Anyone can help? Is this quest hard? What lvl can you do it? Anyone can tell how to do it? or give a link to a better description?

you need a fair amount of fame for it.

it starts in bastok port restaurant from one of the customers there. there is two parts: first part rewards you with the lamia harp.

i got bored trying to figure out the second part and just bought a Hamelin Flute instead=)

I think this is a three part quest.

First part is to complete "The Stars of Ifrit"
- take the airship between jeuno-sandoria on a full moon and look for a ???
Second part is to complete "Love and Hate" (?) or Love and Ice?
- go to a lake in beaucidine glacier on a clear day

Siren Flute comes from the fourth part (which I have yet to reach). Third part (which is where I am currently) sends you to find three key items. Which are found in chests (coffers?) in Zvahl, Sea Serpent Grotto, and Onzozo. Happy hunting.

to clarify a bit

star of ifrit you get from the guy outside airship bldg in port bastok. after you get the key item *YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT IT* to et quests from carmelo

once you've done star of ifrit and looked at key item, carmelo should start giving you quests. first quest is to go look at the southernmost post in bea. glacier when the weather isn't ice. reward is lamia harp (useless)

2nd quest is to get key items from chests in onzozo, baileys, and grotto. a real hassle for some of us who aren't good chest hunters, reward is 9k

3rd quest gives you siren flute - note hamelin flute is much better and not too expensive on many servers
