Conquest Items

I was wondering if anyone had any input as to which, if any, conquest items are best suited for Bards? I've gone through most of the Windust items but I don't recall seeing anything that is +CHR. Do any of the other cities have anything that would be important for a bard to own?

i havn't looked through an extensive list, like when diffrent cities are rank1 etc, but the tacitian magician's coat is fairly good at lvl 50

Royal Spearman's Horn. March +1 CHR + 3 Level 16(?)

Might be under Sandoria's conquest items.
