Just a quick question, i see many bards with the Star Necklace that is Rare/Ex (+3 chr, 15hp-mp). My question is how is this obtained? I am very curious, any input will be appreciated. Thanks

It's a windurst quest from the S.O.B. The little kids behind the warehouse in port windurst. You need to be on the 5th quest to get it. -
