Searched the forums and couldnt find any info on it. Could anyone clue me in on how to get it? HNM drop, avatar fight, quest, or ?

For those that dont know its a 1def 5cha 15hp->mp necklace rare/ex. I would guess the best bard neck in game.

There is no entry on how to obtain, but a person wrote a note saying..

S.O.B. Quest # 4 or 5, can't remember which one.

This means nothing to me, but maybe it'll make sense to you.

Star Onion Brigade, in Port Windy.

Yep... it's a star onion quest. Unfortunately, you have to kill a fairly high level mob to get an item needed for the quest.
Mob is lvl 62~48

need to get a star spinel from the cactuars outside the Chamber of Oracles in quicksands. Give it to that taru with the blm jse for one of the star onion brigade quests.
