Bards gain Staff skill

Anyone know what level skill it is? B? C? D? I find it hard to believe they'd add a weapon at E or lower skill, but who knows?

Bard is D in Staff, if www.shadow-dragons.com is correct.

When I changed jobs to bard from whitemage, all my skills were blue. And staff, of all the skills bard could use, was the lowest of them all.

Just need someone over 60 with a capped 2hd Staff skill to compare it to their other capped skills to work out the plus, neutral or minus.

I don't trust Shadow Dragons... I think they've had staff skill marked as D for quite awhile, but the truth is, we used to have no skill in it. (All skill was from subjob)

Oh well, I guess I'll raise it myself and find out..!

At 15, staff seems to be on par with sword skill. Although I may be to low to have an accurate measure of it.

OK, a bit of digging and it's confirmed as C- which is exactly the same as 1HD Sword.

(150) Sun Burst - 52 (Need WAR, MNK, WHM or PLD subbed)

(215) Spirit Taker - 73
(230) Retribution - 80 (Don't goooo there :D)

Ah, neat^^ I guess it's still kind of useless since bards can't use any of the good staves still.. ;/
