  • Lullaby Question

Does anyone know what the recast time is on Lullaby? I just recently got it and it is such a great song to have. Too bad a lot of PTs in Valkurm don't understand bards can sleep additional mobs.

Anyway I ask because I was thinking of making my Lullaby macro look like this:

    /so "Foe Lullaby" <t>
    Lullaby to << <t> >>
/wait 30 (or however long the recast is)
    /echo Lullaby now available

That way I know I can re-sleep the add if needed w/o spamming the macro key.

One thing I noticed that is kind of annoying is that if you execute one macro and then a second one after, the 2nd macro cancels the first. i.e. the /wait 30 and /echo never happen.

almost all bard songs a re-cast time of 24 seconds.. I think there's like one or two exceptions, but I'm almost positive foe lullaby isn't one of them...

    as to the macro problem--

your issue is that /wait has a max value of 20, hence your commands after /wait 30 never firing..

so, your macro would look more like

    /so "SONG" <t>
    /p << SONG <t> >>
    /wait 20
    /wait 4
    /echo Lullaby Recharged!

The "wait" triggers the moment after the spell starts casting, not ends casting. So, your wait timer will need to have the recast time + song/spell casting time.

And yes, it is irritating when a second macro ends your previous macro before the echo goes off.
