    Buying starting songs?

    I've got about 9.2 levels left to go before I start my bard quest, but I've been trying to keep an eye out for starting bard songs other than the auction house. I haven't been able to find any, though. My home town is Bastok, but I didn't notice anything usable in the music shop there until level 7 or 10. Since we're ranked last, I explored some of the other towns, including the traveling bard's troupe, but still nothing.

    Where can I expect to find the first bard songs other than the auction house?
    Newbie: Where's a good place to go when you're new?
    Me: It's called "outside of town"
    Newbie: I'm not that new bud.

    Look for Knight's Minne, and Valor Minuet, as well as Army's Paeon in the AH. Sandoria has an exceptional amount of songs. Mind you, I'm in the Lakshmi server, as for quests, I am not sure.

      the lvl 1 song can be bought in SD outside the chocobo stables in Southern SD. Most of the other songs can be purchased at the music shop in bastok.
