I've been in the dunes and ifrit cauldron's and there havent been a fire weather . Im looking for
fire and ice weather to summmon carbuncle, please let me know if you know the place that always has these weather. Thanks

Fire:
Meriph.... Mountain, that place north of Tahrongi Canyon.
Rolanberry field.

Ice:
This is a hard one... Beaud.... glacier, you get there by running thru the Ranguemort... tunnel place in east ronfaure... quite hard to get thru alone without sneak/invisi..
Another place is battalia, but the only time it will snow there is when its winter in vanadiel...

Fire is also easily obtained in Vollbow and Altepa (Altepa is probably easier (through the tunnel from Zeruhn Mines); get your Altep gate crystal when you go).
