Second job skill (subjob) ?

What are the requirements to use the second job skill (subjob). Also what do you have to do to get one, like what quest or mission. I am copleatly clueless when it comes to this so any info on it would be of great help. Thank you

you just have to be lvl 18 and in Valkrum Dunes obtain three items from 3 different mobs. Dahmsel Fly, Snippers (i think is the name), and the Skeletons (forgot there names). Then you'll go to Selbina which is in the Dunes. Talk to this NPC (forgot name) and you'll trade her those 3 items. She's old looking and standing alone wont be hard finding her shes outside of the buildings to the right somewhere as soon as u enter Selbina i believe.

1 Magicked Skull ((Dropped from Ghoul, easily attainable in Gusgen Mines)) *Gusgen is on the west side of Konstatcht, I believe.*

turn into an old NPC on the coast in Selbina, its an old guy named Ihaure or something... hope that helps
