How do I get a lvl 3 chain tachi gekko lvl 225 from the above chart?

That chart is a bit confusing... try This one.
Basically, with Tachi: Gekko, you would need to first cause Gravitation, or use a WS that has Gravitation, like Swift Blade, then use Gekko.

Doing a level 3 renkei would require a 225 WS, since only these WSs have a level 2 renkei effect, eg, Spinning Slash is Fragmentation, Hexa Strike is Fusion.

So for example, if you wanna get a Light renkei, you could do either Fragmentation > Fusion or Fusion > Fragmentation.

For Fragmentation > Fusion, you can either do it with 2 225 WS, ie, Dragon Kick > Mistral Axe, and you'll get a Light renkei.

Also, you can do it in this way, Guillotine > Sidewinder (Fragmentation) > Hexa Strike.

So for your example, since Tachi: Gekko is Distortion on its own, you'll need to get a Gravitation effect first, Red Lotus > Penta Thrust (Gravitation) > Tachi: Gekko. Or just use Swift Blade > Tachi: Gekko like the above poster said.
