Maybe the game creators never thought of this combo or maybe they meant to make throwing skills so much less... the ninja is the only race who can use shurkins (second most powerful behind gun) and yet if I was to sub RNG to my NIN I could use no weapon skills with my throwing and I couldn't use the ranger's multishot. In every anime I have ever seen, that has a throwing weapon, the person can throw multiple throwing weapons. They really need to make the RNG skills work better with throwing weapons because NIN would be a great combo with a RNG sub if the throwing weapons were better.

Throwing weapons are a mixed bag...
They can do some good damage, but they're EXTREEMLY hard to come by (whether by drop or in AH), especially NIN only throwing weapons (stars, edges, and the like).
There are some NIN usable guns, so if you're willing to fit the overall cost, you'd have access to some powerful Gun WSs with a RNG sub...
I have to admit, Throwing WSs would be smooth...
