Mithra vs HUME... NEED INPUT!!

I see more Hume Ninjas then anything else, but Mithra has such nice DEX-AGI. My problem lies with this... Does such high agility even noticable? Does STR contribute more to damage per STR pt then lets say AGI contributes to evading per agility pt? If this is the case, I would obviously want a Hume. Though are STR+ or AGI+ items more common then the other?? I want a NIN-THF that will be able to stand his ground the most. Whether that's evading more and doing less damage over time or More damage but less evading (what is more effective of the two). Maybe some of you leetest would be able to help me decide what is the best route so I can better sleep at night.

FYI, I plan on being a only one of the following after trying each one:
THF/NIN
NIN/THF
NIN/WAR
THF/WAR

I would go with Mithra (I have played both). The hit rate and evasion make the Mithra a blast to play and should be great for THF and NIN. I would be less inclined to suggest Mithra for WAR although you could certainly do it.
