    These seem popular lately, I think they're stupid, but also seem interesting to create and I'm bored.

    Doppelganger
    The doppelganger has the unique ability to transform into an enemy he has previously fought. When transformed, the doppleganger's stats will change depending on the enemy, including elemental weakness, hp, mp, and attributes. The doppleganger will be able to use any of the abilities of the enemy she is transformed to. Yes, this is a complete rip-off of Gau. So sue me.

    2-Hour Ability: Observe - When used, the doppelganger will be able to select the enemy in which it was used on in the Transform menu.

    Transform: Level 5 - Where could this be located? They could make another magic list, I guess.. Or maybe, only a doppleganger can select "Transform" from the magic screen (ctrl-m). If you're not a doppleganger, you'll never see that option. I'm not sure if this is implementable, however. Anyways, this can be used once every 60 seconds. It lasts 45. When used, the doppleganger's attributes, statistics, and abilities change to reflect the enemy being transformed to. For example, when you transform into a Wil Rabbit, you gain earth elemental, your dex and agi increase while your str and vit decrease. You would gain maybe 3% HP (Dopplegangers start with very low HP and no MP and are completely dependant on transforming to alter this), and you have a set amount of MP (say, 20 MP). Now in the Transform menu you have .. erm, that attack that hits everything everything around you. Wild Swing? Something like that. Say that costs 10 MP. Your character's graphic would change as well.

    Animalistic Spirit: Level 25 - Can be activated every 10 minutes. The Doppleganger is transformed into a random monster (not neccessarily one he has), receives 25% more stat gains, counter, and berserk status. It lasts 90 seconds.

    Savegry I - Level 10 - Increases time that Transform lasts to 50 seconds.

    Berserk I - Level 15 - Increases the amount of damage the Doppleganger does when berserk.

    Savegry II - Level 20 - Increases time that Transform lasts to 55 seconds.

    Berserk II - Level 30 - Increases the amount of damage the Doppleganger does when berserk.

    Savegry III - Level 40 - Increases time that Transform lasts to 60 seconds.

    Berserk III - Level 45 - Increases the amount of damage the Doppleganger does when berserk.




    Goofy? Yup. Will it ever be implemented? Nope. Fun to have critiqued? Of course!

    I got one:

    I think an awesome new job would be a chocobo sage of some kind.

    Possibilities:

    Starts with ability to ride chocobo, or gains it at a very low level,
    _or_
    Has a Chocobo "counterpart" that he/she starts with, starting as a baby and growing with them.

    Abilities: Chocobo-based in naure, participate in combat with chocobo, be able to buy armor or weapons (spurs, sharpened beaks) for it.

    Weapons: Ranged weapons, because they would have increased speed and evasion due to the nature of the class. They would make great shoot'n'ride soloers or good support in party.

    2hour ability: Strafe- Chocobo's spead increases and it automaticly begins making passes at the enemy, attacking it every pass, lasts 30 or so seconds.

    *Expansion of Crafting/Mog house: This job could open up many possibilities with the mog house or crafting. There could be some sort of indoor stable linked to the mog house, giving the ability for PLAYERS to breed chocobos and posses multiple choco's at once. This breeding of chocobos could be added as another crafting skill (i know, i know, but FISHING isnt really crafting either...)
