are redmage sought after for groups

I am level 11 REDMAGE atm was woundering if I ever be wanted for groups when i get high up there.. or will i be forever be labed as sucky job?

redmage is not a sucky job at all. If a pt needs a healer in the group, and ur the only healer around, or even a blm, plus you can actually do something then just sit back and cast magic. Red mage will get a lot of pt invites trust me.
