unlocking blink/invisi ninjitsu

Hey there, just wondering if anyone knows how to unlock blink/invisi ninjitsu quest in norg?

If i need to get more fame, what quests do I need to do? I've only done the SAM quest and currently on the smuggling one (can't find southern mummies or eastern pottery).. can someone please help me??

do a quest at tenshodo in bastok. (warehouses in port bastok)

guy in there wants four zinc ores per quest. you should do it about 30 times to get enough fame to get the quest in norg.
