Hello can anyone tell me where i go to find a guide to do the quests for the new BLU, COR & PUP jobs thanks any help will be greatly appretiated.

Sorry, couldn't help it. All 3 NPCs in Aht Urhgan Whitehouse are all in very close proximity to one another. Wasn't until I had searched the entire zone for people with RNG sub that I noticed this.
