Mission 3-1

I cant't seem to do this mission.I talked to the NPC at davoi entrance and he sent me to find a page someone had dropped near the bridge.I went there and talked to a NPC called Q something and all he says is Sorry I'm to busy to chat.Then my sneak wore off and about 5 orcs attacked me at once.Can someone tell me how to do this crap thing, it's frustrating as hell!!I've tried going to the chateau and talking to prince trion, but I can't get past the guard at the door,he keeps saying No admittance unless by appointment..

the "page" is a "!" if im not mistaken, look around for it
i dont actually remember doing this mission at all @_@

my problem is the lvl caps.. u need to do stuff before u get to high lvl or u will be stuck getting caped all the time and needed armor.. am i right ? .. its tuff to ballance the game out the correct way.. i still cant master the workings 100%
