i found this from a wight in shakrami, is this the key for the door ? What quest is this?

The quest is "Heven Cent", it's offered by a guy standing next to a telescope on top of the optistery in Windurst Waters. You need to find an Ahriman Lens and trade it to him, then he'll ask for a constellation coin. Use that key on the Iron Door in Shakhrami (in the room that argus spawns) and open one of the chests in there to get the coin.

Also worth mentioning there are a lot of "fake" "heaven cents" in that room, you need to check the constellation map near the quest guy and print out a screenshot, and keep trying until you get for example "Ifrit in the west" - if ifrit is in the west of the map then thats ok, but you'll get like 20x fakes before you get a real one, so keep declining to take a cent until you get a real one.
