What are the requirements for getting these quests, and how difficult is it to complete them?

Ok, I'm not certain of the fame levels you need but here's what I do know you'll need:
1. Access to Chateau D'Oraguille. Either you're rank 3 or above now, or your'e on mission 2-3 in order to get this.
2. Rank 5. This one isn't a hard and fast rule, but since you've gotta Kill De'Vyu Headhunter for the Quadav Charm anyway, it makes sense to no longer need the charm for the mission. I guess if the map is more important to you than your airpass, you can skip this one.
3. A source of Derfland Humus. I like Jeuno's AH, but if 8k is a little steep for you, (or whatever it goes for on your server now), try getting a friend with access to Crawler's Nest and the Doom Scorpions within. Say in the 40-50 level range.
Hopefully that gives you some idea of the difficulty of getting the maps. Northern Regions is pitifully easy if you can make gil quickly. For Rangemont, if you don't have the capability to do Rank 5 yet, you may want to just print one out off the net and occasionally send a party message of /p <pos> to check your location.
