Selbina quest "Present" question

This quest is frustraing me since it will not activate. It's called "Present" in Japanese and it is 2nd in 3 continuing quest with Oswald. I have finished the 1st quest in the series and my fame is very high.

I have checked JP sites and don't know why I'm not getting this quest to activate. It's no big deal, but I want to get rid of these quest items that I have been holding in my inventory.

If zoning won't help, try waiting 1 game day or 1 real day and see if it will get offered.

Some series quests require waiting time before the subsequent parts will get offered.

If it's any conselation, I cannot get that bitch Kororo to give me "Proper Greeting" quest in Windurst, despite opening and finishing the Ifrit quest and a few other high fame quests such as the Head Ribbon series. Go figure, it can be a funny old game sometimes.

Russta, to get the Proper Greeting quest to activate, you need to first speak with middle Guardian in the row of 3 Guardians indoor. You teach it a wrong greeting. After waiting for some time, speak to Kororo to activate the quest.

Maybe you need to complete some genkai quest...., I couldn't aply rycharde quest 6, or any kazham quests till i completed genkai2....

I've finished Genkai 4. My fame is Hero level in all but Norg. I've received all Summons quest and have completed 4 of them.

This is one of the early quest. I just don't know why it won't activate.
